How do I enter?

Order any stone bowl with tái — Phở Thố Đá, or Bún Bò Huế Thố Đá with rare beef — in store at 65 Grote Street. Our staff hand a numbered ticket with every stone bowl. Register the code above with your name, email and mobile. Each bowl = one entry.

Can I get the stone bowl as takeaway?

No — the thố đá is dine-in only. The stone bowl is heated before it's served, so the broth keeps cooking your rare beef right at the table; that's the whole show, and it doesn't travel. Classic Phở Tái ($18/$20) is available for pickup — but only stone bowls come with a TÁI CLUB ticket.

Is this a membership?

No. There's nothing to join, no card, no points, no fees. The ticket that comes with your stone bowl is the entry, and every month starts fresh with a new barrel.

When is the draw?

At 12 noon on the last Sunday of every month. We draw one number, post it on our socials, and phone the winner. Registrations close at 11:59am that day.

What can I win?

$120 credited to your Bà Năm app account — the same present every month, permanently. Think of it as six bowls of phở free, or one dinner with friends where the bill's on us. The credit lands on the app you already order with (order.phobanam.com.au) and is valid for 30 days.

How do I know it's fair?

Every ticket code is unique and cryptographically verified against our printed master list. Fake codes, typos and duplicates are rejected before the draw, and the winner must present the physical ticket to claim.

How do I know if I won?

The winning number goes up on our socials right after the noon draw, and we call and email the winner directly. Bring your physical ticket on your next visit and we credit the $120 to your app while you're at the counter.

Can I enter more than once?

Absolutely: every stone bowl comes with its own ticket. Three bowls this month means three entries in the barrel.

TÁI CLUB Lucky Draw terms: one ticket with each stone bowl (thố đá) dish containing tái / rare beef purchased at Bà Năm Restaurant, 65 Grote St Adelaide. One entry per ticket; registrations close 11:59am on draw day. Winner drawn at random at 12 noon on the last Sunday of each month, announced on Bà Năm's social channels and contacted using registered details; the physical ticket must be presented in store to claim. The prize each month is $120 credited to the winner's Bà Năm Restaurant app account (order.phobanam.com.au): staff verify the physical ticket against the master list and credit the account in store, and will help set up an app account at claim time if the winner doesn't have one. The credit is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited, after which any unused balance expires; it is not transferable, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and no cash alternative is offered. Unclaimed prizes roll to the next month's draw. Contact details are used only for draw administration and Bà Năm updates, never sold. Promoter: Bà Năm Restaurant.
